Welcome to Kiddicenters terms and conditions of supply,

These are the terms and conditions of our agreement that apply to all products you purchase from kiddicentre.com, please read them carefully before you make a purchase because by ordering any of the products you agree to be bound by them.


When submitting an order you will be asked to enter some information such as: name, email address, address, and phone number, make sure that all the information provided to us is true and accurate.

All prices are reflected in UK £ Sterling and include VAT, Kiddicentre.com is providing orders to any address in the UK, any orders outside of the UK will be subject to an additional charge, we are not obligated to accept your order, but we will normally do so if the product is available, the order reflects the current price and your credit/debit card is approved by your credit/debit card company.

The product displayed on our website is not an offer by us to sell to you. It’s your response that is the offer. Accordingly, we are not liable to sell to you products that might be quoted at a lower price than that meant by us.

An Email will be sent to you to notify you of our acceptance for your purchase, if we do not accept your order for any kind of reason or the price of the product changed between the time of the order being placed and our acceptance, we will send you an email to notify you of the change, you will then have to resubmit the order. Gift vouchers are not redeemable online. Only credit/debit cards are acceptable for payment,


All orders from £50 and over are free, under £50 will be £5 per order.

We make an effort to deliver all orders in the United Kingdom within 5 working days of acceptance of your purchase. If we find it impossible, we or our couriers will notify you, unless we state otherwise. This may not apply to deliveries addressed outside of the UK. All deliveries will be shipped to the address specified by you in your order. All deliveries must be signed, as soon as a product is delivered to you, you will be responsible for it. Once we receive full payment ownership of the product shall pass to you, if for any reason we can not deliver your order to the address specified by you, we will notify you and store the product at your risk. If you then wish for us to redeliver your order, you will be charged with an extra delivery charge.if we don’t hear from you within 30 days, we will cancel your order and refund your payment less the delivery charges.


On regular orders we will charge your card as soon as your order is dispatched for delivery. only Products that are shipped directly from the manufacturer will be charged at the time of placing the order. We take the responsibility to ensure that your order transactions are via a secure link. Since we are not responsible for the operation of the secure link we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party obtains unauthorized access to any information provided by you through such secure links. If after accepting your order products become unavailable, we will notify you of that and you will not be charged, any amounts already paid will be refunded.

Consumer protection regulations. Right to withdraw:

You have fourteen days to withdraw from this agreement, the fourteen days starts from the day you receive your order. You will be repaid for any amount and product you were charged, in a form of a credit to your account within 30 days. If we have delivered or dispatched the products you’ve ordered, you will have to return them to us and pay the costs in doing so. Therefore we recommend that you advise us as soon as possible if you wish to withdraw any order, you can contact us by phone, or email our customer service team.

All returns must be in original packaging.

Defective or faulty products:

If you think that any of the products you have received are faulty,in the first instance contact our customer service team, who will be happy to assist you.

You will be entitled to any of the following:

Exercise your legal rights,
claim manufacturers or on our product guarantee,
if you want to claim on our product guarantee, you must return the faulty product to us, we will either repair or replace the product for a new one.

Some products come with a manufacturer’s guarantee, if you wish to claim on such a guarantee, you will have to contact the manufacturer and follow the instructions.

Legal rights:

The guarantees mentioned above are in addition to your legal rights relating to products that are faulty or wrongly described, if you think the product you received is faulty, you must return them to us, and then you are entitled to either: a repair, replacement or refund.

Some products come with a manufacturer’s guarantee, if you wish to claim on such a guarantee, you will have to contact the manufacturer and follow the instructions.
